How do I add a household member? Go to Settings → Household → Invite Member, and send an invite link or code to the person you'd like to add.
How does the free trial work? When you add a second member to your household, your household automatically starts a 21-day free trial with full access for everyone — no payment or App Store account action is needed to begin. Once the 21 days end, the household moves to read-only mode (existing tasks, recipes, calendar, and points remain visible, but new content can't be added or edited) until an adult subscribes.
How do child accounts work? A parent or guardian creates a child account from the Household screen. Child accounts have limited access — they can view and complete their own assigned tasks and see their point balance, but cannot access account settings, payment information, or invite other members.
How do points and rewards work? Household members earn points for completing assigned tasks. Any adult member of the household can set up rewards that points can be redeemed for. Point values and rewards are fully customizable per household.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings (on your device) → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Mind Offloader → Cancel Subscription.
I found a bug / the app crashed. What should I do? Please email us at [email protected] with a description of what happened, your device model, and iOS version if possible. Screenshots help a lot!
Can I delete my account and data? Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at [email protected] and we'll process the request within 30 days.
